GUMBATI GROUP manages and operates the MONTEMAR complex. The company is responsible for maintaining internal and external public spaces, the operation of elevators, and video surveillance systems.
The range of services includes round-the-clock security, concierge service, administration, cleaning, laundry, and dry cleaning. The management company also provides maintenance for the apartments and infrastructure facilities of the complex.
The maintenance cost is 1.30 dollars per sq.m. for studios and 1 dollar per sq.m. for one- and two-bedroom apartments. Charges will start accruing after the administration of the complex begins operations.
